I looked at part of the Award ceremony for Independence and I recognized Felix Edinborough receiving an award. I thought it was for Mr. Williams but I read on the weekly e-mails that Gwendoline Williams received an award on Mr. Williams' behalf. Is it the same award we are referring to?
