I am truly saddened to hear of the passing of Andrew Huggins, more fondly known to us pioneers as Barli Marli (?never had to spell it before). Although we were not in close touch over the years, we did meet a few times when I was in T&T. In fact, on Carnival Tuesday, 2008 I met him and Cynthia and Joycelyn and Lynette downtown PoS. He and I shared a few beers as we are wont to do and talked of the good old times. I looked for them again last year but did not see them and was planning to go back to the spot again this year...
Sadie, kindly extend my sincere and deepest condolences to Cynthia; my thoughts are with her and family.
