Dear Errol,,
Howard and I want to wish Herbert all the best in this new phase of his life. I keep saying this is not retirement, it is time to re-fire. It is' refirement' Herbert, we know that you have a lot to offer our people and we pray that you would simply open yourself to be used, however God wants to use you!
