Hi My Peeps,
Meetings are happening and we do not want to post anything until we have everything settled. Once we go on the website, that will be it; now settling accommodation, registration fees, registration forms, schedule of events etc etc... We have a San Fernando Day so the sub-committee from San Fenando is meeting and will report at the next meeting. Tobago is also meeting, because we will have a weekend in Tobago. We cannot post anything until everything is sure and complete. Angela and Pat, will call you to attend the next meeting in May. People are joining as we go along. We ask everyone to please be patient, because we would like to post the registration form on the website hopefully by the end of June, end of July for the latest, with deadline for receipt of forms and payment of $$$$$ etc etc. A lot needs to be done, so please be patient.
