I am in the process of preparing a Recognition Board for10 anniversary celebrations at UTT. I want to highlight the transition from the Teachers College to UTT. Mrs Cuffie was the 1st Principal of VTC. I need bio data about her. Do you have that. If you have it please send it to me.
