Hi All,
For those who need this information. The Registration fee (80.00USD) should include the Cocktails, rental of the venue, souvenirs and everything that is needed to make sure that the event is successful. Then 80USD for the closing ceremony and Dinner/Dance. This is a gala affair and will include dinner, rental of facility, the DJ and maybe live band and other incidentals. Live performances can be expensive, but the organizers of the event will know what costs are, and need the $$ to ensure that a gr8 time is had by all. Hope that this answers all you queries and concerns. Megan and Alphonsus, if you all need to add anything please do. I am sure that you all are really busy, making sure that we are comfortable and enjoy our time together. C U SOON!!! One person I know who is ready willing and able is Pat. Me too.
