In response to requests regarding the accommodation, we have been informed by Hofstra University that they can arrange for individuals who wish to come earlier and leave later. Cost will be based on the number of nughts facility is used.
In addition, Hofstra will have staff available for those who arrive as early as 6 am. We must inform them in advance if anyone plans to arrive earlier than 9am.
There are ten more days to the deadline, February .14th. The responses are slow in coming in. Just to let you know that a registered letter from Trinidad takes roughly eleven days to get here.
Please, Mausicans, lets be serious about this REUNION. We,on the Planning Committee, must make commitments and we are at a standstill without your commitment.
