I just got off the phone with an agent from Pay Pal and I was assured that sending cash from Any where in the world (Trinidad & Tobago) from an account linked to a bank account is Free.
It is free and simple to open a Pay Pal account. Link it to your bank account and be sure to send the money as personal (NOT Purchase )
