RE: Help: Mausica Reunion - Adding the Mausica Flavour etc

Dear Felix,
Re our prior discussion, we'd like to seek your help/support in the preparing the Detailed Programme: In this regard, taking the overall programme already circulated as given, the Committee would like you to:
1. Assist us embed 'the Mausica Flaviour/Element' into the programme especially as applied to the Gala and Evening of Culture.Gala: Recall that Pioneers did something at Gala in Tobago. We need an item in which the same spirit is embedded. We'd appreciate your rounding up Pat and other mausicans and putting the item together for us.
Enven of culture: Here, in collaboration with other Mausicans, we'd like you to identify and round up the various Mausicans in Trinidad & Tobago will be able to do an item or perhaps two short items as part of the cultural evening.
MC & Gala and Evening of Culture: We need to select a suitable individual to MC at Gala and cultural evening.Please send us two ranked suggestions for each.
Vital: Felix as you proceed with these items, please keep Brenda and Betha LaHee constantly and absolutely in the loop.
A previous item: Donating a collection of Children's Books to the Grenada Public Library: Felix this item has been discussed and a request sent. It will be appreciated if you'd be kind enough to assist us in co-ordinating this effort for us.
The situation: The Children's book situation at the Library is very poor indeed. The present 'collection' is old and tired and is so tiny that children must sit and read what they can at the Library; they can no longer borrow books. In a word, this is an absolute need. We can provide you with a booklist.
How? We'll like to send out a general e-mail again informing all Mausicans that we'll be doing this and that you are the contact person for that sub-project.You may then put together a small committee of Mausicans to organise it. Please let us know as soon as possible, whether we can inform everyone that you, or another Mausican who may be selected, will be co-ordinating this effort.
