My Fellow Mausicans,
Are you ready for another exciting Reunion? I'm looking forward to seeing you all in Paradise. I hear that's the new name for Tobago.
Do you remember Linda Romain? She taught History and English Lit. at Mausica. She will be attending the reunion and on her return to Trinidad will conduct a two-week Reading program at the St Mary's Home for Children in Tacarigua. She is looking for a few volunteers, books and stationery. Walk with a children's book or two or anything to enrich the students' experience. Bring gifts to Tobago. You may contact Linda via email at elainedatter2@yahoo.com. Or call me at 640-6040 in Dinsley.
Thank you for your support.

I don't hold proof but i know I registered long long ago. Pat
Seriously though people have to realise that if things are to run smoothly all those wanting to attend should have registered already. We need to include some discusion on this in a housekeeping session.

RE: LOCATING MAUSICANS
2007-Jul-04-0717hrs
The errors occur and when we try to mend them new ones pop up... the contact is more important. Sometimes when i look up I find that I've tapped the CAPS LOCK instead of the SHIFT... I don't always re write so WRITE ON!
Does Bertie still play the piano... it was so good at Mausica to hum a tune and have Bertie accompany you playing by ear. I remember the concert we put on when Mr Girard was leaving and Barbara Mendez and I sang the duet I Hear Music.
About the Bastiens... I don't know if either of them attended Mausica but they are Trinidadians who have done something positive which everyone must support... I hope many of the younger Mausicans turn up because I want to meet them all. The Fyzabad people have dried up on me so we'll have to play it by ear in Tobago. See you soon God willing!

RE: LOCATING MAUSICANS
2007-Jul-04-0519hrs
Hey! This is great to see the names that pop up from time to time. Just a few days ago, I was relating to a friend a story about Bertie Fraser who showed up at a party at my house one New Year's Night, not New Year's Eve, in the mid 70's with two sharp chicks, one on each arm. I would love to get some more news about him.
I am really looking forward to this reunion and regret I will be missing the gala ball, but I must fly over to Saint Lucia on Wednesday for the seminar on juvenile justice which opens there on Thursday as I have a major responsibility for the seminar. Just last week a 15-year- old youth allegedly killed a popular Permanent Secretary on the island who had returned home to find a burgary in progress. The seminar is now more timely than ever.
I met Jack Warner at the Elections and Boundaries office In Arima when I was home recently and he said he was coming to Tobago for the ball.
Love to all,
Hazel Thompson-Ahye

Hi Folks,
I se some of you saying see you in Tobago. How is that, You have not registered. Remember the affairs are catered therefore the comittee has to supply the hotel with numbers. At this time registration for the tours is closed. You can only register now for the gathering on Sunday and the Gala on Wednesday. Registration for these must be accompanied with payment. We will hold closing these for one more week. That is until July 8th. That will be the final final date.

Joy,
I've gone public with this because it could spur a response from someone else. I don't know whether I ever told you that I met Cynthia Addison a few years years ago at Kings Plaza in Brooklyn. There was a lot of screaming and Ma Labrish kind of behavior in the store. She drove me home and we were in touch but you know the age-old (or is it the old-age) story- I don't know where I wrote the number and she probably has had the reciprocal misfortune. I think the married name is James. Talk to you soon. Myrtle, why haven't you replied to my long, juicy personal email?

RE: Mausican Reunion
2007-Jul-02-0835hrs
Goodmorning Errol,
In reading over the initial email I sent you, I am appalled at the mistakes therein. In my anxiety to get this off to you there were errors that I would normally not ever make. And I was also guilty of the cardinal sin of sending something off without reading it first. This is certainly not representative of me. If this has been posted on the website could you please remove it completely, leaving just my contact information?
With my deepest appreciation,
Joy Marshall Barnes

Re: My sojourn in Canada
2007-Jul-01-1410hrs
I have been in Canada since June 28 crisscrossing the country from the East coast to the West Coast and, in doing so, supervising the conduct of the FIFA U 20 competition in six cities - Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Edmonton, Vancouver and Victoria.- of which competition I am the Chairman. I attach for your attention a schedule of my travels throughout Canada as well as the hotels where I shall be staying, their contact numbers etc. If I'm ever in your area, do give me a call so that we can possibly have a "beverage" for ole time sake or even just to simply "renew our vows ". Maureen is with me........... I am asking all those persons to whom I have so informed of schedule to pass on this info to any Mausicans of our years for which I do thank you kindly.
Regards
