Thank you Carlston. The Organising Committee is very appreciative of your efforts to encourage participation in this year's Reunion, as well as the suggestions you have made re hotel accommodation.
Yes, we are going to Montego Bay from July 19th - 25th 2015. Our flights from Trinidad are booked and deposit paid to COPA Airlines. Since this is the preferred location, negotiations continued with other hotels in the area including those suggested by Carlston. Our research shows that all the other all-inclusive hotels are way more expensive than the Royal Decameron.
After much deliberation, discussion and some agonising the Organising Committee decided that the best option is the Wexford Court Hotel in Montego Bay, which is a breakfast only hotel.
The cost per person for those travelling from Trinidad is -
Single - TT$ 10,688.00
Double -TT$ 8,209.00
This is inclusive of the return airfare on COPA Airlines.
The cost per person for those making their own travel arrangements is -
Single US$ 942.00
Double - US$ 558.00
Alumni who are now deciding to join the fun must contact us immediately.
As the deadline for paying the hotel is May12th, if you have not yet made a deposit, you are advised to pay the full amount to Republic Bank Acc't. # 870-013-588-231 and email a copy of the receipt to Sheila Warner at sjw500@gmail.com.
