The get together at Winsley Belile is on Sunday August 2nd. at 2:00pm. The map with directions was sent out earlier, by Brenda. With regard to the menu, Some contributions are:
Kay Syrus- 2 sweet breads and 2 dozen dalpouri skins
Brenda Alexander- Curry
Barb. V-Mendez- roasted egg-plant choca with chick peas.
Others are encouraged to list what they are bringing for the table.

Please someone walk with a photo of Pat James. I may not have met her but every Mausican is a part of us all.

Errol, I think you more than deserve a BLOG BREAK at least until the week after the Reunion. You are a treasure we must try to preserve. I find it hard enough keeping up with about 12 e mails a day! so I can imagine the work the blog entails.

My deepest condolences to the family of Patricia James Hunte. I only heard of her passing this morning and later found out that today(02 July, 2009) was also the day of her funeral. I remember Pat as a second year student, at Mausica, full of life and energy. Sometime earlier this year when we met at an educational conference at the Hyatt, I was delighted to discover that my memories of her did not have to be adjusted. We had not seen each other for many years and spent a long while chatting. I was shocked to hear of and mourn her sudden passing.

I received the sad news of the passing of Pat James Hunte on Sunday27th. She had already bought her ticket for the Grenada reunion. I think she was in the 72-74 year group.

Mausicans come on!!! Register for the daily activities the committee has worked so hard on planning. Also, $$$$ is needed to make arrangements for facilities, etc. - so if allyuh goin, den register by sendin de $$$$.
Calling all performers or anyone who wants to make a debut. The program for our cultural night has room. Please let one of the committee members know what you plan to do. We can't have a night of culture sans culture, can we? (I am only the messenger)
