RE: Reunion Time 2023

2023-JUN-27-1400Hrs

We are almost there.

On July 17th we shall gather at the "river of remembrance " to indulge ourselves in good old fashion bantering and Picong. It is the right thing to do.

Some 51 years after entering Mausica, my life, and that of those who are close to me, has been enriched because of those experiences. How can you explain to sane people that is was quite acceptable to lean out of your window, in the middle of the night, and hurl expletives across the campus. In fact, some people looked forward to hearing the announcements on the "radio station".

On a serious note, on May 10th or 12th, we received a payment of $2050. without an assigned name. If this is you, please contact sjw500@gmail.com for further information. Another payment from CITI Bank, Ireland for $2050. was also received without an assigned name.

This is Mayfair Mansion Radio Station signing off.

So sad to hear of Peggy's passing. She was a delightful soul, friendly and happy always. I can hear her voice as it echoed through the halls of Kirkendale ahead of her presence. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

Mausica has lost one of her pioneers. Bro. Lutus Moses is not with us anymore on this side. He passed away after a very brief illness. I  saw him a few weeks ago and he was all excited to meet and greet those who were coming for the reunion. Rest in peace my brother.

RE: Five Weeks to Reunion 2023

2023-JUN-09-0341Hrs

Fellow Mausicans,

Its almost time to meet and greet each other for our first gathering after the pandemic. Its not too late to participate in one or more of the activities. I cannot wait to host you when we gather for the Tobago leg of the gathering.

If you have paid monies to the bank, please contact Sheila Warner  - sjw500@gmail.com - with a copy of your receipt. We have funds that have been deposited into the account with no names attached. To our overseas based alumni, the exchange rate differs from day to day, therefore some of deposits are a few dollars short. We will rectify this once we meet.

Looking forward to breaking bread again....while we can.
